If for any reason you are not satisfied, or if you feel your product does not look or smell quite right, we want to make it right for you.
How to Request Assistance: Because we prefer to resolve concerns through direct communication rather than returns, there is no need to mail the product back to us. Instead, please reach out to us at alyoncare@gmail.com with the following information:

The batch date located at the bottom of the ingredient list on your bottle.
Our Resolution Process: Once we hear from you, we will work together to find a solution. Our primary goal is to ensure you have the right product for your skin type; in most cases, we will gladly ship you a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
